USHUAIA, built originally for NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration) in the United States offers a spacious deck and an open bridge. The USHUAIA cruise is equipped with a full complement of inflatable landing craft that allows for excellent landings along otherwise inaccessible coastlines and offers wildlife viewing.
Every cabin is equipped with ample storage. Public areas consist of a large dining room (one seat), a multimedia-equipped observation lounge/lecture, bar, and well-stocked library. There is a small changing area, and a medical center. All the staff, including officers and captains are highly experienced in Antarctic navigation. Also, they love the outdoors. We have a team of passionate experts, who love the outdoors and are committed to preserving it. Chefs at the hotel create delicious dishes, which include local specialties. The hotel also has a bar that is well stocked with wine and liquor.
