Arctic Highlights Northbound
The Arctic voyage follows an extraordinary path which starts in Iceland and reaches Svalbard's northern territory through the Denmark Strait and Northeast Greenland and the Greenland Sea. The trip shows vast fjords and moving ice and distant communities while providing nonstop chances to observe Arctic animals. The expedition reveals the unspoiled wilderness which exists in the northernmost parts of Earth through its combination of ocean voyages and detailed land-based research.

Day by day

Day 1: Departure from Reykjavík
The starting point for your adventure exists in Reykjavík where modern Nordic traditions exist alongside breathtaking natural landscapes. The expedition vessel boarding process lets you start your journey with rising excitement about the upcoming trip. The ship leaves port at late afternoon while it moves away from Iceland to explore its volcanic terrain. The ocean stretches out before me as I prepare to explore its hidden territories. The first evening allows passengers to relax while they watch the city disappear into the distance which marks their first step into their Arctic adventure.
Day 2 - 3: Sailing the Denmark Strait

The ship glides steadily through the Denmark Strait which contains abundant marine life together with active bird populations. Seabirds glide above the waves, while the vast ocean creates a sense of scale that defines Arctic travel. The travel from Iceland to Greenland brings about distinct environmental shifts which become evident during the journey. The sea follows its usual patterns through this journey while the northward route shows both peacefulness and eager excitement.

The expedition team continues across the Denmark Strait, observing the surrounding natural environment. The open waters provide opportunities to spot whales and other marine species. People can experience complete immersion when they join deck gatherings to watch wildlife while they enjoy the scenic views. The Arctic atmosphere grows more evident, with cooler temperatures and wide horizons shaping the character of the days ahead
